Mike and Pati Hull founded Bison Septic Pumping in 2015.  Mike has worked in the field since the mid 1980’s.  In January of 2026, he passed the torch to his son, Rick.  Rick has over 20 years of experience in the industry, he first began working for Rada Inc. doing mechanic work and repairs on equipment, and pouring concrete products including septic tanks.  Working for Bison Septic since 2017, Rick learned what it takes to be an honest businessman and take care of your customers, thanks to his dad.

The company Bison Septic Pumping is named in honor of Elmer Rada’s (Rick’s grandfather) love for bison.  The business has grown significantly since 2015, adding three more trucks to the fleet.  He attributes the success to great customer service, hard work, and integrity.

Dave Hull has been with the Bison Septic team for over six years.  He brings with him over 35 years of customer service experience.  He takes pride in his work and is a great member of the team!
